Ken is the owner of Developer Design Group, llc DBA Plum Pads Realty, a Licensed Brokerage Firm in Houston Texas.
He hails as a native of South Florida and attended the University of Miami from 1994-1998. His primary studies included Marine Biology, marine Affairs, CIS and business management. After having opened up several successful businesses throughout Southern Florida, he joined Michael Internoscia in technology based real estate sales venture in 2001 and thier partnership expanded quickly. Initially Ken began developing small networks and niche applications for real estate agents and developers, working with such names as International Sales Group, Turnberry Realty and Brack Capital and Associates.
An expert in email delivery applications and network design, He built a very successful email marketing program which has become one of the cornerstones of our services. In 2005 he moved to Houston Texas and led the very successful Royalton at River Oaks to record sales. Over 56 million in closings in just under a year. Shortly after finishing our contract with The Royalton in 2006, Ken and his partner contracted The Mosaic on Herman Park. Once again, record sales in the Houston Market. 300 units sold in the first year and over 36 million in closings before the market collapse in 2008.
At the present time he is working on smaller projects in the Houston market including Melrose Park Condominiums (http://www.mpcheights.com) and was involved with various IBC Bank owned assets. He is a member of the Houston Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors and The National Association of Realtors in good standing.
Currently I am studying for my Brokers Licenses in both Texas and Florida.
